Northstar Mountain Sports offers professional ski and snowboard tuning, repair, and binding mounting in Silverton, Colorado. Whether you’re skiing Silverton Mountain, heading into the San Juan backcountry, or prepping gear for a trip, we provide fast, high-quality service from experienced local techs.

We’ve partnered with Ryan McClure of Riff Raff Repair to deliver expert ski and snowboard service using professional tools and techniques.

  • Hot Wax – $30
    Wax and edge deburr for improved glide and edge feel.

    Basic Tune – $50
    Wax, edge deburr, and edge sharpening.

    P-Tex Repair – $10 per inch
    Base repair for scratches and minor damage.

    Core Shot Repair – $30 per inch
    Structural base repairs for deeper damage.

    Miscellaneous Repairs – $120/hour
    Includes edge compression, topsheet delamination, sidewall repair, and boot repair.

    Rush Service Available – $50
    Priority turnaround when you need gear ready fast.

  • Tech (Pin) Binding Mount – $100
    Alpine Binding Mount – $80
    Freeheel / Telemark Mount – $110
    Re-Mount Fee – $20
    Binding Adjustment – $20
    Skin Trim – $25

    We mount alpine, touring, telemark, and tech bindings, and we work with both skis and splitboards.
